Lately, I’ve been cooking one-pot meals and meals that take 30minutes or less that only requires ingredients in your refrigerator.
I’ve made a cream spinach stuff sweet potato with barley and mushroom. This is so tasty and yummy.
Barley isn’t something I would eat but I’ve received a sample in a package ready to cook. Instead of making it for the recipe intended I’ve decided to create a vegan easy meal.
I will definitely buy barley and used it for other recipes and it has so many benefits such as:
*promotes weight loss
*control blood sugar and many more.
I didn’t have a clue how much benefits barley has then you have the sweet potato which an excellent source of vitamin A, a good source of dietary fibre, and it is low in calorie.
This meal is low in calories, healthy, and easy to make.
