Chocolate

Made this cake as a brownie but I’ve decided to change the recipe up a bit to make a delicious chocolate cake.

This crumb coat phase of my chocolate cake.

This is the transition of my cake from the crumb coat phase. I’ve lack creativity when it comes to making buttercream I’ve failed so many times in creating the perfect frosting. While this frosting looks amazing it wasn’t as sweet as I would like it to be.

The original plan for my chocolate was to do a chocolate ganache on top of the cake instead of the buttetcream frosting. The cake was delicious but the frosting i need to work on to get it to the way that i would like.

Baking is a science experiment a formula may works with one project that doesn’t mean it will work for the other. It is a constantly testing trial and error when it comes to baking.
