Scallop over Couscous

When I heard the word couscous what comes to mind? Fancy, scary, a fancy word etc. Whatever word comes to your mind when you hear this word erase it lol. Because when you eat it, it will get you thinking something else. Either way this is something that you need to try if you haven’t.

Couscous is more like finely chopped pasta or very fine rice to me. According to Google, “it is a Maghrebi dish of small steam balls of crushed durum wheat semolina” Maghrebi is located in North Africa known as Berber world.

When you eat a variety of food you learn a lot and then you want to travel the world to have an experience what these food are really liked and how they’re prepared. Life of a foodie!!!

This is a simple side dish or ginger food if you have guest comes over. It will only take 5-10 minutes of your time. On top is a thai peanut sauce which gives it even more flavor.
