This is my version of chips and dips I used the chickpea as a dip (no I didn’t want hummus) and tortilla as the chips. If meal prep sometimes you don’t want to eat the same thing every week. I made enough chickpea for multiple recipes and this is one of them.
Some days I don’t want to be in the kitchen so I’ll make extra meat that will last for a few days and create something different. I enjoy this meal because I was going back for more and it makes me full. And you can have this for lunch. Until next time. Be loved Be-loved
